Corporate Mall

The Business Hub Corporate Mall assists our members in making transactions through our vast network of different companies. Herbal answers, which is a new member to The Business Hub , is using the corporate mall to procure a sign for their office. The Business Hub contacts Adirondack Sign Co. on behalf of Herbal Answers as they are busy setting up their new office space. For a small concierge fee, The Business Hub makes getting services you need completely effortless.

Have you ever been in a good groove during your workday just to realize you need to drop everything and go to the post office? Well you don’t have to! BH representatives are happy to make the trip for you. We are here to support your business with running errands big or small.

Did you know? One of 63 Putnam’s members is Matt’s Service Center. Matt’s has helped The Business Hub out plenty of times when unpermitted cars needed to be towed from our parking lot. They’re quick and efficient when you need a tow job. If you are ever in the situation where you need towing services let The Business Hub know, and we can “hook” you up to Matt’s! Our sister Business Hub in Jordan made transactions on a greater scale in the month of June. Through their Corporate Mall The Business Hub was able to achieve 25 transactions totaling up to $35,000. PanBuck which is a Jordan Business Hub member was frequent in the transactions, along with USAID-Micro Franchise, and Elanco. Their procurements vary from a range of goods and services. Some members use the Corporate Mall for ongoing requests such as payment for monthly business fees or may seek help finding accommodations for business trips or equipment for office use. Here at 63 Putnam we are able to help our members with the same sort of requests for goods and services. We provide the help of analyzing price comparisons, proposals, and quality of service so our members can save time and focus efforts on growing their business.

“The Business Hub is the most stimulating work environment I have ever worked in. It provides an energizing comradery with like-minded small business owners and entrepreneurs, set within a professional work environment. The Hub has enabled me to grow my business by providing administrative support, the infrastructure to run my practice and the amenities necessary to operate.  By providing flexible arrangements for offices and space, businesses are able to grow or change as needs require, within a competitive price point that allows overhead to remain low. I can’t imagine operating my business in any other work environment. “

There are 4 Business Hubs in Jordan! Check out some of the interesting projects that our colleagues in Jordan are working on with their local Business Hub members…

USAID has started a project called the USAID Local Enterprise Support Project (LENS). LENS is a five-year project that supports small business growth and better economic planning in Jordanian communities. Their main objective is to bring local governments, business owners, and key community groups together on initiatives that boost economic development. They have a heavy focus in supporting the growth of micro and small enterprises and to be inclusive of women, youth, and the underprivileged.1 Migrate’s presence within Jordan has helped to establish the LENS mission through one of Jordan’s Business Hubs. As a member, USAID LENS used the Promotion and Visibility product to increase knowledge of their mission in the area. The Business Hub was able to produce marketing materials such as brochures to be distributed throughout local communities.

Final Thoughts

Summer 2019 is here! Although Saratogians look forward to summer and track season all year round, there are some downfalls to this time of year, and the major one is PARKING! With all the extra people in town, it is often difficult to find parking, and a lot of times when you do, you run the risk of getting a ticket or even worse, getting towed. To make your life easier, we decided to provide you with the ample variety of parking spots, lots, and garages in downtown Saratoga Springs.
